Echo Dot 3rd Generation released in 2018 by Amazon. It can be identified by its white rounded outer appearance and buttons on the top.

It's getting on but I'm not able to connect it to any device

Yes...it's out of warranty now..I sended to Amazon store...they are asking 10 dollars for the repair

@yukamoran and they are claiming that we need to install the software again to let it work
@ritesh59252 You can try to reset the device yourself by following the instructions here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/...
If that doesn't work then let them sort it out for ten dollars.

I've tried that but it's not working after completing the reset also

Yes...it's out of warranty now..I sended to Amazon store...they are asking 10 dollars for the repair
