Operating system not working
When I turn on the ALCATEL (TCL) A10 tab, the tab starts with company name (during booting) and it stops in the name itself. The OS doesn’t start, and the screen remains static in the company logo during booting and then the whole battery drains to zero percent and shuts down. Plz help. One image is uploaded. It doesn’t go beyond the image.
