Check drivers, try resetting network settings ensure you are one the newest update. reboot. try a different network, if the list populates at all.
If all the software troubleshooting fails check this
These two cables can come unplugged easily ensure they are properly connected and try again.
next i would recommend reseating the whole card.
If removing and reinstalling the wifi card doesn't work consider replacing it.
