stuck in a boot loop

lost password was just going to re install windows and recover files later

i know have 6 versions of windows 10 non working. just stuck in a boot loop cant even use a usb drive to boot off so i can format the whole thing

have you tried removing the HDD and connecting it to another pc to get off your data and after that formatting it ?
