My xbox one wont turn on

one day i went to turn on my Xbox and it didn't turn on i took it apart as i have done before to others without much issue, i looked at the parts everything seemed fine i put it back together turned on once i turned it off waited an hour tried turning it back on and it would play the sound to signal it had power running to the console and it was turning on but the light would go out and the console wouldn't turn on, meanwhile on the power brick the light was solid orange until i pressed the button then it would temporarily go green before turning off then going back to orange
