@moha2030 make sure that the mic opening on your phone is clean. Debris in that opening could prevent the mic from properly picking the sounds up. If all of that is okay, check the mic itself. It is on the daughter board (charging board) If it is all clean and makes proper connection, you may have to replace the mic or the whole board depending on your tools and skills.
