UHDBUDecode.exe SOFTWARE FOR REPLACE OPTICAL UNIT

I have a Sony UBP-X800 which not read any disc, so I need to replace the optical unit, but in the SERVICE MANUAL says that in order to make the change first I need to take a picture of the Bar Code on the Optical Unit and load it into a software called " UHDBUDecode.exe " and save a text file, then save it into a USB and load that file into the UBP-X800 ub port....

I made a search on the web for the UHDBUDecode.exe software but it seems it doesn't exist or it isn't in any part of the Web, so I'm asking if someone could help me to find that software or if someone have it if could please share it, I hope someone can help me.

Ok, so I replace the disc reader on another identical unit and it's ok, so the problem resides on the logicboard, i have been taking readings with the multimeter, the problem is that the motor that moves the laser unit back and forward through the disc is not moving at all, so i'm trying to find the bad chip that is not passing the righ voltage to that motor from the logicboard, the service manual doesnt include schematics just pics of the board circuit prints
