Hi,

Is the TV standby power light turned on?

If not have you checked that the power outlet that the TV is connected to is working OK?

Was there a storm or a power outage just before you couldn't turn on the TV?

If the standby power light is on have you checked that the batteries in the remote control are OK?

Have you tried turning on the TV using the TV controls i.e. power button on the back of the TV?
