got the same issue. wasted my two days try to find out what was wrong, well maybe a bit late but here is what happened

you may enabled the STUPID Win key disable function by accidentally pressed the Fn and Win, which is conveniently placed NEXT TO EACH OTHER, and just make things worse, there is no indicator light like the caplock, so good luck to find that out. Thanks Asus

  1. Reset your PC
  2. Sign in with your Local Account
  3. Reboot your Device
  4. Close Windows Explorer
