@strangexmemes I would start with taking it apart, to inspect the inside. If everything checks out, I would just get the proper fastener (glue strips) and re-seal it.

Have a browse through this guide:How to ask good questions on iFixit. We need as much information as possible.
What happened to cause one side to open? Did it fall? Did it just start opening?
If it’s the last one, you could have a “spicy pillow” (swollen battery). That is a BIG fire hazard and needs to be addressed before charging again.
