My device keeps vibrating continuously without any reason automatically and as well as does not opens directly after power off & reboot, I have to wipe memory and then it comes back to life after 4-5 hrs

@udaysharma what does that mean? If this is a real question, you want to go ahead and provide much more information. What devices is this? what does it do? what does it not do? what have you checked?
Check your screen and screen protector. If any unwanted contact is sensed by the screen it can result it touch feedback vibration.
