Laptop getting stuck suddenly while using
My laptop gets stuck whenever I move the laptop from one place to another or I press any key from keyboard harshly the laptop get's totally stuck and I need to restart it by pressing power key.

this somewhat sounds like a problem with the hard drive or the ssd, do you know if you are using the hybrid hard drive or the NVME version of this laptop? if you are using the hybrid hard drive version this sounds like the hard drive is needing to be secured or the connector from it to the motherboard replaced, And i would recommend upgrading the hybrid hard drive that comes with this series into a solid state drive just for better performance in general

Try to reset your pc and use ssd instead of hdd , if problem not get solved upgrade ram and clean laptop properly

how to find compatible ssd in place of hdd? any suggestions please
