hi
iv only ever seen stuck buttons a couple of times but from what iv seen usually isopropyl alcohol and tooth picks usually work
if you can pull the button up with a tooth pic and then use a very small amount of alcohol to clean and loosen up debris
if this doesnt work you may have to open the device and clean the button manually
