Replacing Apple Watch 6 Housing?

Is it possible to replace the Apple Watch 6 housing? I bought a 3rd party housing case and took it to a few repair shops and they refused to do it. One said it would break the device if I did.

Second question: I was thinking of getting the housing replacement from this site and was wondering if it comes with the necessary tools required to replace the housing? I’d only get it if it comes with the tools (including adhesive, etc.) as that’s all I need since I already have the housing.
