Very slow and non-responsive
Laptop very slow. I tried windows +R suggestions but no change. Sometimes non-responsive. The cursor is moving but can't click anything. I mean nothing.

There are so many things that could effect this. Need more information. For instance, are you just trying to make it run right now? If yes, I would suggest CTL + ALT + DEL, and close programs from within task manager.
If you want to make it overall run smoother, what type of laptop are you on? Specs? Ram?
