My charging box fell and my buds flew out of the case. The left bud stopped working after that. After a day, the charging box started recognizing the bud was in the box so there's still some signs of life but the left bud doesn't connect to my phone or makes that sound letting you know its in your ear. My question is if it's worth opening the bud and if it could be a simple fix like the touch sensor being disconnected from the board because of the fall.
hi, i have lost my left Samsung earpud pro in black if you have not been able to repair yours i am willing to buy it so i can claim from my insurance as i am not covered for lost.

I have not been able to repair it, I bought a new one instead. I still have the one that is damaged. I have no problems selling it, where can I contact you to talk about this?
