Hi,
It seems as though there is a problem with the digitizer. (touchscreen)
Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all?
If not as the phone seems to be a very new model, if it is <12 months old from new, contact the Samsung customer service section in your location and get it fixed under the manufacturer’s warranty provisions.
