a speaker does sound like it should be replaceable, at least theoretically but i unfortunately cant find speaker removal in the Teardown guide and there is no existing guide to replacing the speakers, your best bet is probably to take it to or talk to an apple certified repair tech as they may know how to replace the speakers and/or have access to replacement speakers.
