My nissan just started doing this. The cruise control as well as all the options on my steering wheel just stopped working a couple days ago. This morning my horn will only work if I am almost or fully stopped and the air bag light just started flashing.

Did you try searching for Nissan forums then sub groups for Rogue members? Many use online forums to share problems, maintenance, ideas, mods, etc, with other owners having the same model. Free online help is second to none compared to paying for dealer ore repair shop services.
Did you check the easy things like blown fuses in the engine bay or inside the cabin?

I have not checked the forums. I will check them out. I am hoping it is as easy as a fuze. I was trying to figure out where to start looking before taking it to a shop. Thank you for giving me some directions to look.
its usually a clock spring/spiral cable issue which can be as simple as the connection/harness coming loose needing to be "plugged" back in (reconnected) or it could be a single wire in different bundles of wires broke. You can find replacements pretty easily ive even seen them at walmart for like $30 http://bit.ly/3DLNP6B
Note you have to be comfortable taking the steering wheel column apart and be extremely careful/mindful that you disconnect the airbag first thing and do not short it … then set it down with the outward face (the side you see when driving) face up away from where you are working and out of the sun. In case it were to go off that limits the shrapnel that it could send flying… remember it is nissan we are dealing with here. Youtube can show any handy person how to do it.. its a 30 minute job max. you need a security star bit or you can make one using a drill (or possibly even printing one with the right filament) but harbor freight gets you a set for like 10 bucks.
