I spilt tea on my laptop, and it wasn’t working or charging. I looked at the logic board, and although I messed up my camera wire, is anything else broken? Is there a way for me to use my laptop with a broken camera, (I have a new laptop coming but want to make sure I transfer important files/information)

Ouch!! This is in very rough shape. This logic board will require a lot of work to patch up. This will require someone with very deep micro-soldering skills as you ripped up many of the copy traces besides the iSight camera connector. I think replacing the logic board would be the cheaper solution MacBook Air 11インチ Early 2014 ロジックボードの交換.
I see a lot of dust I can’t tell if after fixing the damage if your system will work here. Using it in this state will be very difficult as your systems SMC logic lost connections it needs to monitor things. So at this point SMC will put your system into CPU Safe Mode if its even able to startup. The CPU’s clocking will be dropped to a very low clocking and the fan will ramp up to try to keep the system from overheating.

I dont know exactly Im just wondering is the fan unplugged at all? is it loose? or is anything loose that you can see because I dont see anything that could be wrong be sides the loose or unplugged fan if its not any of those things the logicboard may be fried
