Worked great until a couple of weeks ago. Now when I try to download photos in my Mac it won’t work. Keeps shutting of and won’t download photos. Do I need a new cord?
It’s possible, but check the pins on the device as well as your mac and the cable too. Does it exhibit the same issue when connected to other computers/macs?
