My GE side by side refrigerator will not dispense water out the door. When you push the paddle you can hear the switch click but not a drop comes out. The ice dispenser works and the ice maker is working. The water supply is reaching the ice maker and the filter must be good for water flow to reach the ice maker. Ay suggestions?

Check that the water inlet valve, for the water dispenser is working. (see part #800 - Machine Compartment parts diagram for location)
Your model has two water inlet valves, one is for the ice maker and the other one for the water dispenser. When you operate the switch at the dispenser, it signals the control board to operate the valve allowing the water to flow.
The supplier in the link was only selected to show you what the part looks like (note the dual valves) and where it is located.
If the valve is faulty there are other suppliers online that may suit you better. Just search for GSH25JFXBB parts to get results. Alternatively search for WR57X10032 (this is the part number).
