My device is only 07 months old ( out of warranty)……it only holds charge for about an hour or so….and when you plug it back in….it shows fully charged in about 5 minutes but after removal from the dock….holds charge for only an hour or so……All this happens on custom watch faces…..

Search online for PL402120V to find suppliers of the battery that suit you.

Here’s a supplier just to give you an idea of the cost of the battery. Make sure that if you use this supplier that you select the correct battery model!

Hi @jayeff ! Thank you for your answer! I will try that provider as soon as I can. I'm a bit worried that those batteries may have some issues, but I will give it a try.

As I said try searching using the battery model number I posted to find other suppliers.
You can only hope that the batteries are OK as most probably they're all made in the same country anyway. Looking at the video the harder part will be opening the watch to access the battery rather than just changing it.

Hi Sharjeel I have the same watch as you Amazfit bib A1608 with a bad battery that holds a charge for no longer than 15 minutes but when put on the charger it charges very quick but drains fast so we have the same problem I have found the correct battery at informa@impextrom.com but are out of stock at the moment 30-04-2021 so register with them or phone them for information.

need new battery for amazfit bip
The problem is the charge controller. Mi bit starts drain battery after 3 years. In a day it drains about 20% of charge for no reason. I change the battery. It shows 100%. After two days the battery is dead and I cannot recharge it by the watch. With a voltage meter I measured the voltage on battery plug on the watch discovering the voltage by motherboard is about 0.3V an not 4.2V how it should be. Thus I think in a charge controller problem that drain the battery and not charge it.

I just can't find a new battery for this my Bip. The battery is dead, but I love this watch so much that I'm willing to replace the battery myself if only I could buy a new one…
