Hi,
The ram is mounted on the systemboard and cannot be upgraded.
Here’s the maintenance and service guide for the laptop, taken from this webpage.
Go to p.11, Item #9 to view all the systemboards available for the model showing what ram and eMMC storage is mounted on the board.
