You may be able to replace the battery yourself.

Here’s a link to just one supplier of the battery. It is only shown to give you an idea of the cost of the battery. There are other suppliers online that may suit you better. Just search for Pebble Steel battery to get results.
If repairing it yourself seems too daunting, try searching the ifixit professionals list for electronics repairers in your location and ask them if they can do the repair.
