My Pixel XL suddenly shut down when I was using it and never opened back.
When I connect the charger the led lights red but nothing shows on the screen.
I tried to contact Google but they wanted the IMEI and I didn’t find the IMEI on the phone, they said it’ll be written on the SIM holder but I didn’t find anything.
And I live in Turkey so there are no Google Repair Center here.

Assuming you are logged in with your google account, log in to https://www.google.com/android/find and select your device.
It should show you the IMEI when clicking the “i” option next to your device.

it's not shown there on "My Devices"
I think it show the data for a month but my phone was broken for more than a year.
Yes, I think that's true too. I haven't seen some of my old devices (like my Motorola Defy MB525) which are still in my possession but not logged in recently. For shame Google. :-(
