Face ID not working: Higher/Lower
Hi! I have an iphone xs max with face id not working. I bought it second hand with a already cracked screen.
Here is what I know:
- face id fails to detect a face during the setup process. Keeps sending the two messages: move iphone a little lower/higher
- Animoji works perfectly
- Flood illuminator also works
- Proximity sensor and autobrightness are functionally
- Attention works
- Front camera works (without any blur)
- Back camera and portrait mode works
- Phone has liquid indicator is not red.
- Phone is up to date (iOS 13.5.1)
