Stuck on carrier logo

Phone will show the Samsung logo then go to the carrier logo and will not load any farther. Factory reset did not resolve the issue, is there anything else that can be done to resolve the issue?

オプション

Boot your phone in safe mode and see if you are able to boot. Alternately you can go for ADB update.
