My laptop has lots screen problems

My laptop has a lot of issues like my left screen went to right side and the right screen dissapered,the left screen which shifted got horizontal pink and green lines,the screen sometimes become grey,I can't see anything on my screen.This all started when I by mistakely dropped the laptop when its power is on…plzzzz anyone help
