Black screen and error while connecting to PC

Hello guys!

My old Ipad is completly black while connecting to pc or charging. Only PC shows that device maybe malfuntioned. Any suggestions?

if you can provide more information about your issue i could help but you can use a app called 3utools and connect your ipad to your pc and see if there is any crashes
