Plugged in not charging
i have tried 3 chargers now, but it stil won’t charge.
what can be the problem here?

hi @sidern,
You may have a faulty battery.
Create a Win 10 battery report to check on the condition of the battery.
If it is determined that the battery needs replacing here’s the maintenance and service guide for the laptop.
Go to p.40 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove/replace the battery.
Also at the top of p.40 you will find the part number for the battery. If you search online using the part number only in the search term of your browser, you’ll get results for suppliers of the battery

Hi @sidern ,
Does the battery light on the side of the laptop turn on when you connect the charger to the laptop, you didn't say?
If so what colour is it?

How do you know it’s not charging? Does it turn on/boot up normally?

yes it turns on and boot into windows, battery icon chows 0% plugged in, not charging.
