I cant get voice

i tried to chat through different applications but i cant hear voice or even be heard

Hi,

What is the model number of the tablet?

Can you hear other audio OK e.g. Windows Startup sound etc

Have you checked in Control Panel > Sounds > Recording to see if the microphone is enabled?

Have you tried using a headset with a microphone attachment to check if you can hear / be heard doing it this way if this is an option on the tablet?
