How do get past the boot screen?
It gets to the insignia screen then shuts off and does it over and over. Its been sitting on a shelf for years now. If any clarification is needed feel free to reply

The parts inside of your computer might have a connection on what's happening with the performance of your computer. For example, the system fan might not spinning or dirty. It could also be the RAM if it's faulty. I suggest that you check the physical parts of your computer to make sure that they are not faulty and working fine.
