When i turn on my macbook pro, it begin to load up and cuts off before it complete.
@luciofelix3 - The AC charger has a connector which connects to your system this connector is called a MagSafe within the connector is a charging LED:
It will glow either Amber or Green
What is yours doing? Or is yours not lit at all?

Ok well as usual, it starts off as green and turns to amber.
@luciofelix3 - Good! Now let it charge until it goes back to Green this may take a good four hours.
Ok will do and I’ll let you know when it’s fully charged
good day, so i charged it and now i'm getting a folder with a question mark flashing instead of the apple sign when starting up.
@luciofelix3 - Good! Thats heading on the right direction.
Let’s try this restart your system again and this time hold the Option (⌥) key to gain access to the Startup manager.
Do you see a bootable OS listed? If you do select it using the keyboard arrows are you able to get to your login window?
Reference: Mac startup key combinations

You thinking HDD flex cable @Dan? Initially I though corrupt or failing HDD but now the blinking folder makes me think to go right to the cable it's self.
Do you see a bootable volume using the Option key??

Also, Do you see anything on the screen like the Apple logo and the loading bar, then it cuts out before it completes?
