Looks like that’s where the BT card was.

Here’s a link to the service manual for the laptop.

Click on the link Internal Card for Bluetooth Wireless Technology. in the Contents section.

Replacement cards are cheap. Just search for Dell D630 BT card to get results for suppliers.

Here’s a link to just one supplier.

It is shown just to give you an idea of the cost of the part. There are other suppliers that may suit you better.
