Did you try booting up in Safe Mode? Restart your system and hold the Shift (⇧) Key

Reference: Mac startup key combinations

If you can’t gain access under Safe Mode to your system you’ll need to create a bootable USB thumb drive and make a backup of your drive before you do anything! There’s a good chance you won’t be able to recover your stuff.

Follow this guide from another Mac system How to make a bootable OS X 10.11 El Capitan installer drive

Run Disk Utility First Aid if that fails you may need a more powerful tools like: Drive Genius and Data Resue 5 these are the tools I personally use, there are others I’ve just find these are the better ones.

While it’s a bit late, I always recommend making a full backup before I do any software installs or updates from questionable sites or hacks as you never know!

When I hear someone has upgraded their older 2011/2012 MacBook Pro system with a SSD I strongly recommend you replace the HD SATA cable as often times the one you currently have is not able to support the higher I/O the SSD can push.

The original cable is just not able to handle the flows and you also need the newest version from the 2012 models MacBook Pro 13" Unibody (Mid 2012) Hard Drive Cable and here's the guide MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Late 2011のハードドライブケーブルの交換.

You also want to place a strip of electricians tape on the uppercase where the cable crosses over to help protect it from the rough aluminum surface which can wear the cable. In addition, you don't want to crease the cable! You want nice smooth arcs where the cable needs to bend. Sharp bends damage the thin foil wires within the ribbon cable.

Hi, Dan, I was thinking, it that possible after I fix this mess, can I install an 1 TB machine hard drive to replace DVD driver, use my 1TB Samsung SSD as daily driver, but use new machine hard drive in DVD place as time machine. In that case, I will never forget to backup my Mac again , because time machine is in my Mac, and I don't need to carry and plug in a external hard drive as time machine to backup my Mac , do you think this is possible?

While its possible to replace your optical drive with a drive carrier Unibody Laptop Dual Drive. You will run into an issue with the I/O speed of the drive you put in. Here's a good writeup to review OWC Data Doubler As you can see depending on your exact system you may not be able to use a SATA III drive (fixed or auto) as the MacBook Pro's optical drive SATA port has an issue. You'll need an older fixed SATA II (3.0 Gb/s) drive.

As for having a second drive internally for a time machine backup you haven't over come the fact that if your system fails or grows legs all of your eggs are lost. I don't recommend it.
