Error code fo1 and e03
What do these code mean an how do you fix them? Also the door is locked and can not be opened.

The F01 indicates a failed electronic machine control board. This error code can sometimes be caused by a glitch or power surge through the electrical lines. You may be able to clear this code by unplugging the washer for 5 minutes. ... Be sure to unplug the washer before accessing internal components.
E03 The overflow condition occurs if there is too much water or foam in the washer. If overflow occurs, the valves are closed and the drain pump switches on for at least 30 seconds. ... Once the error code is displayed, the cycle is terminated and all water is pumped out.
Unplug the machine for five minutes to allow it to reset the plug it back in and observe any results and report them back.

Thanks for the remedy. This did reset my Whirlpool washer Load and Go! I am washing again!
I had the E01, F01 error codes on my Maxima washer. I replaced the control board for 190.00, and again it came up with those codes. I unplugged the detergent actuator and the codes went away and the machine tried to operate. Sometimes the dispenser stopped in the correct position, and sometimes not. The times when it didn't stop I'd get the codes come up again. I replaced the actuator for 13.00 and have not had the problem again.
I have the whirlpool Direct front loader with an indicator light door latch blinking I tried to unplug for several minutes plug back into power supply it continue to light her quick successions of beeps still no agitation or anything going on at my last straw please help by Trevino Williams

We tried that and it still giving the error and the door is locked.

Use CLR in the soap bin, degreaser in the bleach bin, and white vinegar in the softener bin. Run the system clean cycle.
If you continue to have errors repeat the clean process.
Be patient it should work. Repeat the clean method every two weeks, reduce load size, add only 2 TBS soap (or replace tumble chamber area with 1 cup of Borax.
If it works once after giving it a night's rest, then you know it is the full syst clean that is needed. No extra parts.
One last try is to blow very hard multiple times in the black rubber sensor tube very hard after a wash cycle.

I have this problem also and have tried to unplug and reset, but still having issues. I unhooked pump and found sock that may have clogged it, but still have error E01 and E03 on screen and the door is locked. Any other tricks to try?

Me too, it keeps trying to drain & won’t stop making the noise, but the clothes are soaking wet & I have to put it through the drain & Spin cycle a second time. Now the washer is locked & I can’t open the door as well.
