Laptop not switching on

There are a lot of different ways you can go about beginning to troubleshoot this.

1. Verify if it is the laptop charger that is the problem. This can be done by getting a known working laptop charger for this unit and testing if the unit powers on and charges.
2. If you are 100% sure that the laptop charger is good, the issue might be the laptop’s dc power jack or, worst case scenario, the unit’s system board.
