How I activate my iph0ne
my iphone cannot activate heelp me plzzz

My phone was water damage .after repairng freezing my phone then I can rleaz it .but Apple ID could not signed in..then I can reset my iPhone 5c .after this my phone cannot activate.
Is it activation locked? Or just not turning on? Did you just buy it? Or is this a new problem on a device you already own? You need to give as much information as possible when you post here. Help us help you :)
