Has power but no boot What should I look for
I have a mac mini no drive with use upgradable ram.
I presently has power but won’t boot.
Light on, fan run fast and white screen for a sec, but noting on display. What should I look for.

I think you'll need to clarify what your system has or doesn't have. Did you buy this as a used system?
You state 'no drive' so you can't boot your system which would be expected. You should see a blinking question mark in a folder icon on your screen.
If you can't get that then you need to see if the system even has RAM at least one memory module.
If it does then your logic board is having problems.
