SIM card not recognised
I have an LG G6 with the same problem... How exactly do you "open up the phone" I can't really do that with mine

This is the guide you will need to follow to open your phone and access the sim card slot.
Sometimes the pins are dirty or bent. The fault may also be with the SIM card itself. Try a new SIM card first before you open the phone. Good luck.
