You can always post some images of what you are looking for with your question. Use this guide iFixitでの質問に画像を追加する方法 for that. That is most likely proprietary and without a proper schematic it will be extremely difficult to source it. I do believe that there is a rear camera kit for your navigation model Check for something like YESFX999101
