RCA Atlas Pro 10 Reboot Loop
My RCA atlas pro 10 tablet keeps restarting after changing simulate secondary displays to 4k and now it's in an endless restart loop. Please help I don't want to have to factory reset(even tho I kinda tried and can't even do that).
