The 2016 version of the Samsung Galaxy A3 budget smartphone (model number: A310F).

Selected network not available

I have a Samsung Galaxy A3 2016 SM-A310F.

As soon as I get inside my house, automatically my Orange provider network to make calls dissappears. I tried to change it to 2G only, 3G only. Searched networks manually but even with that, it got registered in network, and 5 minutes later, lost again.

It was bought in Singapore. I heard that maybe the motherboard is the issue.

Once I go outside in the street, works again.

Is there something that I can do about it? SIM is not the issue. IMEI is not the issue.

Any advice will be welcome.

Thanks in advance to all.

there can be many causees of this issue.

The carrier signal not penetrating your walls (Fringe Service); the pickups not receiving the signal; the networking antennas not amplifying the signal; The boards Chipset not processing the signal; or the phones software not recognizing the signal.

I would suggest replacing components in that order.

Thanks for the time you spent in your reply!

I have no idea how to solve the first 3 solutions. The 4th, I bet is more expensive than a new phone. :(

I will try to investigate more about your tips.

Thanks a lot again!

1) Signal amplifier.

2) Replace CoAxial Cables in phone

3)Reflow or replace Flex level and board level antennas.

4) Motherboard reflow.

5a) factory reset on the device

5b) Software Reload Via Odin

What do you mean by network refresh? Search networks manually? I did that inside my house, got my provider and connect. But after a few minutes, gets lost again.
