Why is laptop not working?
Laptop led blinks red on power supply.No beep sound.Battery not working.

Sorry, without a schematic of the motherboard (systemboard) circuitry it is very difficult to be specific about where the problem might be.
Getting the power light to blink red indicates that at least power is getting somewhere into the laptop. Whether all the separate power rails for the various different voltage supplies required within the laptop itself are OK is a different matter.
Given the age of the laptop (is it nearly 10 years old?), it is easier to replace the motherboard.
Here is a link to the service manual. Click on the systemboard assembly link in the Contents page to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove the systemboard.

Red led blinks when I press power button.
@somgud what is the red light for? Does it have a icon or is it the power button blinking?

It is the battery indicator in the laptop.

What happens when you remove the battery and try to start the laptop on the charger only?

It simlpy doesnot work. No sound, no blink on screen ,nothing, only I can see is a dead laptop.

Can you check that the charger is supplying 19.5V DC?
If it is then perhaps the motherboard is faulty

I hear you @jayeff if it’s not working on the power supply only then there’s something wrong with the motherboard.
