Hello. Iam using iphone 4s. My problem is the phone automatic switch on after connect batery. I already change the on/off ribbon and a new battery. And my problem is the home button also cant use even i change the new one. I think it have problem with the ic or somethig that control all that. How to test the ic if its have problem with the ic? How to know and how to check the ic?

A very common cause of turn on by itself is the charging port going bad, unplug the charging port cable in the phone, turn off phone and see if it turns itself on (try replug battery after too).
If it does not turn on by itself after that you know the charging port has gone bad and needs to be replaced.

@benjamen50 if the charging port is damage. Why the power button also cant work? Is the charging port can make the power button not working if the charging port damage?

@benjamen50 i already change the charging port to new one. Still same. I also try switch with my friends. But her board can use and nothing problem. I think my board ic have problem that cause the power button cant work and the home button also cant work and self switch on. How to know what is the problem. Wich ic shohld i check. And how to check the ic?
