Why wont it turn on
this was brand new still in the box. ive used it maybe 10 times. was working perfectly. Now it wont turn on . at all.

Confirm the ff:
[] was the device dropped, got in contact with liquid.
[] was the battery drained (not charged regularly)?
[] Does it charge? (does the charging indicator light on? does the screen light up?) if yes keep charging it for about 30mins.
let us know what you have found.

never dropped. no contact with liquid. none. what so ever. the battery was still half full when it was on earlier..screen does not come on at all. and does not show any light indicating that its charging when i do connect to charger.
it was on and working perfectly. Then when I picked it up to use it.. it was like it was completely powered off.
I suggest you bring it to the service center.
