Hi @upm13 ,
Here is a link to the ifixit repair guide of the Kindle Fire HDX 7". At Step.5 in the teardown there is access to the charge port flex cable so that it can be replaced.
Here is a link to the charge port replacement part that is available from ifixit.
Hopefully this is of some help.
