wierd Touch issues problems

My touch sometimes doesnot work properly...after sometimes it becomes normal and functions perfect..bt.sometimes touch fully doest not work.either i restrt the cell or wait for sometimes..whats the pblm

Is it the original display? Have you dropped or damaged it? How old is the device?
