Why it is so slow?

first my hard disk was very fast then now when i connect to my pc it starts with best speed after several second the speed getting too slow what happen with it ? can you please help me ?

Are you talking about transfer speed or the speed of the physical disk? Disk drives run at a constant RPM and that speed should not change.

can be many things.

try with another pc

try another cable

bad usb driver?

bad hhd? maybe need format?

can be also the usb3 box
